At the Sierra Nevada Taproom and Restaurant you’ll find the ultimate counterpart to our award winning ales and lagers. Stop by to sample one of our 19 beers on tap accompanied by artfully prepared gourmet meals and dishes made with local, seasonal, sustainable ingredients. From fresh produce grown in the Sierra Nevada Estate Garden and bread baked on site with spent brewer’s grain to artisanal meats, cheeses and our very own Sierra Nevada beef, you can expect only the highest quality and greatest taste from farm to table.

Tropical Torpedo

Inspired by the island life, we created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland. We used our one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavor and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passionfruit with every sip. Enjoy our tropical twist on the American IPA.

1979 Stout

This is a re-imagined version of the original Sierra Nevada beer. Brewed to commission our first brewery, and to kick start every brewhouse after, this stout has the perfect balance of roasted malt character and citrusy hop flavor.

Pale Ale

Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic.

Porter

Brewed in the hop-forward American style and featuring a depth of malt flavor and complexity with roasted notes of black coffee and cocoa.

Torpedo Extra IPA

The first beer to feature our “Hop Torpedo”—a revolutionary dry-hopping device that controls how much hop aroma and what kind is imparted into beer without adding additional bitterness.

Bigfoot Barleywine-style Ale

Bigfoot is a beast of a beer, brimming with bold flavors of bittersweet malt and heaps of aggressive whole-cone Pacific Northwest hops.
