Here, you can sample our entire line of year-round, seasonal, specialty brews on draft, alongside mouthwatering entrees, fresh, locally produced vegetables, and choice aged beef. Restaurant General Manager Bob Littell and Chef Michael Iles have created a menu ranging from comfortable, honest home cooking, to extraordinary culinary creations featuring local, artisanal and seasonal products. Our brewery is known for its use of the finest available ingredients, and the restaurant shares that philosophy in every dish.

Our generous dining room is warm and inviting, with copper clad trim, stained glass and nouveau inspired woodwork. During the warmer months, enjoy dining on our outdoor patio under arched trellises shaded with climbing wisteria-vines. Wherever you choose to dine, we are happy to accommodate brewery visitors for special occasion dinners, and casual dining. We also keep high chairs and booster seats on hand for families with young children.

Our vegetarian entrées change with the seasons, showcasing the freshest locally grown produce and most succulent ingredients. All of our breads are baked in-house daily. Malted barley from our brewing process gives our whole-grain rolls and pizza crusts a tender, chewy bite, and sauces based on our ales and lagers flavor many other dishes.

We serve choice aged beef from our own locally raised herd, fed on a special natural diet that includes brewer's yeast with beer and the nutritious spent grains from our brewery. Like our wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads, our grilled meats are cooked over local almond wood, which burns hotter than most woods to sear meats quickly, locking in juices and flavor.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., in accordance with California State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, strictly abides by the Bona Fide I.D. requirements when determining drinking age. An acceptable form of I.D. must be issued by an Official Government Agency (Federal, State, County or City) and must contain all of the following: name, photo, physical description, date of birth and must be currently valid. (Bona Fide I.D. is one card that contains all of these items).
