Single, Fresh, Wet & Wild Hop Harvest Festival is back!

Every two years, this festival brings some of the best breweries from across the country to Sierra Nevada’s Hop Field in Chico to feature their rare and inventive beers, all here to celebrate HOPS!

Early Access $75 - Join the party an hour early for exclusive first tastes! Early Access ticket includes one-hour early access, festival entry, commemorative tasting glass, over 100 beers to sample, and live entertainment. No food is included in ticket price.

General Admission $55 - General Admission ticket includes festival entry, commemorative tasting glass, over 100 beers to sample, and live entertainment. No food is included in ticket price.

Designated Driver $25 - Designated Driver ticket includes festival entry, commemorative tasting glass, and live entertainment. No food or beer tastings are included in ticket price.

What

A celebration of all things hops! More than 50 top breweries from across the country have been invited to showcase their unique and innovative hop-forward beers. All festival proceeds go to the California Craft Brewers Association to support their efforts to connect and empower craft brewers through advocacy, education and communication.

MUSIC: Rabbit Wilde from Portland OR will entertain us with their Americana melodies.

BEER: We’ve invited some of the nation’s top craft breweries from across the country to showcase and celebrate innovation in all things hops.

FOOD: Food will be available for purchase from a variety of different local food trucks.

HOP TALKS: Sierra Nevada’s Steve Dresler and Tom Nielsen will lead a discussion about the growth and innovation of brewing hop-forward beers. They will be joined by brewer friends to discuss their experiences in brewing these unique and highly coveted beers. This discussion panel will be available to Early Entry Access ticket holders, during the first hour of the festival.

TRANSPORTATION/PARKING: PLEASE DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE – Really, we can’t stress this enough…if you overindulge, leave your car and come back for it the next day. Take the free shuttle or a taxi; you’ll make some new friends and keep everyone safe. We also created these great options for you:

  1. FREE SHUTTLE from downtown Chico—the shuttle will run on a continuous loop on Saturday from 11:30am to 6:00 pm. Pick up and drop off are at the transit center across from Madison Bear Garden.
  2. RIDE YOUR BIKE – Chico Velo is offering complimentary bike valet and there is plentiful bike parking at the brewery! We don’t advocate drinking and riding your bike, though.
  3. PARKING AT SILVER DOLLAR FAIRGROUNDS Complimentary parking is available at the fairgrounds, a short walk to the brewery, or you can take the shuttle that will run back and forth from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm. If you need to, you can leave your car overnight at the fairgrounds and pick it up the next day. **THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE AT SIERRA NEVADA**

Remember, you must be 21 or older and present a valid ID to attend! PLEASE FEST RESPONSIBLY!

Tickets can be purchased online only; available starting Wednesday, September 7, at 10:00am PST.

Each transaction is limited to 10 tickets.

The Early Access tickets include festival admission one hour before general admission, a commemorative sampling glass, beers to sample from more than 50 breweries, live entertainment and live Hop Talks discussion panel, led by Sierra Nevada head brewer in Chico, Steve Dresler. Food trucks will be on site if you are interested in purchasing something to eat.

Additionally, this wristband entitles you to eternal thanks from your friends, and may subject you to periodic public displays of gratitude from the Sierra Nevada staff.

We’re partnering with California Craft Brewers Association to host this festival and all festival proceeds go to them. They are a champion craft beer and its creators, and their efforts help keep your glasses full of the good stuff.

Single, Fresh, Wet and Wild Hop Harvest Festival will feature a variety of local food trucks, offering food for purchase for all attendees. A list of participating food truck vendors will be available on the festival website no later than Monday, October 10, 2016.

Sorry, no one under 21 will be admitted, regardless of how far under 21 they are…but congrats on the new addition to the family. May we suggest a parents’ afternoon out?!
