  • Gift Shop

    Here at Sierra Nevada we want you to leave happy with your purchases. Any items purchased in our gift store, except food or beer, may be exchanged or returned at any time provided that the items are in new condition. For a full refund of the purchase price, a receipt must be provided at the time of return. All items returned in new condition without a receipt are eligible for exchange only.

    To return or exchange an item purchased online, simply send it back to us at: Attn: Gift Shop, 1075 East 20th St. Chico, CA 95928. Include your packing slip or a note specifying your name, order number, phone number, address, and what you would like us to do with your return (exchange for a different item or credit your card). When we receive your return we will send your exchange or contact you for more information. We do not charge shipping to send your exchange via standard mail.
