Go on a culinary expedition in the Big Room with our head chef Micheal Iles who will navigate a robust menu step-by-step, enriching the dishes with five beers from the Sierra Nevada lineup—from Kellerweis® kale salad to Summerfest® couscous and Torpedo® beer cheese.
