Our two-acre garden filled with fruits and vegetables is an enchanting spot for a unique farm-to-table meal. With our hop field as a backdrop, we’ll treat you to a four-course dinner a few steps away from where some of the ingredients sprouted. Get settled with estate spring vegetables that complement California-grown Black Japonica™ rice, and anxiously await a Sierra Nevada rib eye that features our popular Torpedo® Extra IPA beer cheese. These and other dishes will be paired with carefully selected Sierra Nevada ales and lagers to enrich this outdoor dining experience.
