We continually look to ways to minimize our energy usage. We have retrofitted our fixtures with electronic ballast lights and motion sensors. We have just replaced our air compressors with ultra-efficient, speed-controlled drives. We have purchased and use high-efficiency motors and refrigeration systems throughout the brewery.
