No-Cook Kölsch Gazpacho

Fortunately, our chef de cuisine Jedidiah Amendola has got us covered with this lush, refreshing, perfectly tart gazpacho that—wait for it—literally involves no cooking. It might have a lot of ingredients (farmers market for the win!), but the recipe makes up for it with ease of preparation. Just grab a knife, some Kölsch, and a blender and you’re good to go.
