No-Cook Kölsch Gazpacho

In the heat of the summer, there’s really just one rule in the kitchen: we’re not turning that oven on for nobody.

Fortunately, our chef de cuisine Jedidiah Amendola has got us covered with this lush, refreshing, perfectly tart gazpacho that—wait for it—literally involves no cooking.
