Quality, Integrity, People, Sustainability, Community
—These are not just words, but a cultural lifestyle at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Our mission back in 1980 remains the same today—to produce and market the finest ales and lagers possible.
Our employees are the best! We would not be the company we are today without the people who made it possible and continue to make it possible each and every day. Are we the best employer in town? It's probably debatable, but we do try our very best to value and appreciate our employees.
We work hard, but we also take time to enjoy our success and spend time with one another at events such as our Hops Festival each fall. If we are currently recruiting for open positions and you meet the minimum qualifications, we welcome your application and resume. We appreciate and thank you for your interest in working with us!
Special Announcement - 1/25/12
We expect to break ground on a new brewing facility in Mills River, North Carolina, soon. Building a new brewery from the ground up is tough and will take some time.
We expect construction to take approximately two years, before the brewery will be up and running.
We may be recruiting key positions before the facility is fully operational, but the balance will be filled as operations commence, and as needs arise.
We appreciate your interest and enthusiasm in wanting to join the Sierra Nevada team; at this time we will only accept application materials for posted positions. Please continue to monitor this page, where we post all positions as they become available.
