Our Beer - Pale Ale

Quality, Integrity, People, Sustainability, Community

—These are not just words, but a cultural lifestyle at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Our mission back in 1980 remains the same today—to produce and market the finest ales and lagers possible.

Our employees are the best! We would not be the company we are today without the people who made it possible and continue to make it possible each and every day. Are we the best employer in town? It's probably debatable, but we do try our very best to value and appreciate our employees.

We work hard, but we also take time to enjoy our success and spend time with one another at events such as our Hops Festival each fall. If we are currently recruiting for open positions and you meet the minimum qualifications, we welcome your application and resume. We appreciate and thank you for your interest in working with us!
